Malcolm Pradhan is CMIO and co-founder of Alcidion Corporation, an ASX listed health informatics company, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Australia. Malcolm is a medical graduate from the University of Adelaide and holds a PhD in Medical Informatics from Stanford University, California in the field of AI systems for clinical reasoning. He is a founding fellow of the Australian College of Health Informatics.
At Alcidion Malcolm leads a team that design and develop an advanced health informatics platform for hospitals that integrates multiple sources of data to provide real-time clinical decision support delivered in highly interactive applications at the point of care and on mobile devices. Previously Malcolm was a NeHTA clinical lead and Associate Dean for Health IT at the University of Adelaide.
