We are delighted to welcome two exciting, engaging and insightful keynote speakers to eHealth Expo 2019.

In the morning, we will have the pleasure of insights from Andrew Morris, the inaugural Director of Health Data Research UK. From the coal-face of health data, Andrew will present on his experiences in data science, how big data and technology are helping to transform healthcare in the UK, and the move towards predictive and pre-emptive healthcare.

Currently on secondment from his position as Professor of Medicine and Vice Principal of Data Science at the University of Edinburgh, Andrew’s former roles include Dean of Medicine at the University of Dundee, and Chief Scientist at the Scottish Government Health Directorate (2012-2017).

We close the expo with an eye on the future as international futurist Dr Bruce McCabe delves into the technologies changing our world. Hear stories from the future of medicine, computing, artificial intelligence, energy, genomics – wherever the game-changers happen to be.

Bruce has served as innovation adviser to a long list of multinationals, governments and science labs, including Australia’s CSIRO; and has founded or co-founded various ventures including KPMG’s Innovation Advisory practice and a cloud-based disaster recovery start-up.
